Petar Rakovic, Founder and General Manager
Petar Rakovic is a retired professional football player, graduate of New York State University, currently working as a senior financial director in pharmaceutical industry and in the process of obtaining FIFA and NCAA agent license in 2025. Ex football player of Red Star Belgrade Youth Academy, If Mjondalen (Norway), FK Radnicki 1923 and FK Rad (Serbia) and a member of St. John's University and New York State University at Stony Brook collegiate teams. For the past 12 years, Petar had worked in German pharmaceutical industry as a finance director in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia.
Michael Palacio, Director of USA operations
The owner and General Manager of AX Soccer, the largest football management network in the Unites States of America. A graduate of New York State University, Mike was selected as the 21st pick on the MLS draft 2008. Michael played in both USA and Europe. New York Red Bulls, Fort Lauderdale Strikers, Carolina Rail Hawks are just some of the clubs that were happy to have him. Mike will also serve as a general advisor for all football operations worldwide.
Aleksa Radosavljevic, Director of Swiss operations
Ex professional football goalkeeper and a graduate of Siena College, New York. Born and raised in Kragujevac, Serbia. Completed youth academy of FC Radnicki 1923, a top division football club from Serbia. In pursuit of a broader horizon and a solid education, in 2014. he set his sights on the United States. At Siena College, he embarked on a unique adventure as a student-athlete. He returned to Europe in 2018. with bachelor’s in marketing and multiple athletic awards (including MAAC All-Tournament team selection). Since 2022. Aleksa resides in Bern and is drives European telecom industry digital transformation as Account Manager at Netcracker, Boston based IT company. His passion for sports, transformative scholar years spend in US and latest business engagements played a vital role in building his character as he continues to write next chapters of his unique story.
Darko Najdovski, Director of Macedonian operations
Darko is a newest member of Pro Sport Elite family. He is a correspondent for basketball Euroleague and someone who is passionate about sports. Native of North Macedonia, he is well connected with local sports clubs, players, and associations. He is graduate of University of Skopje with a degree in economics currently employed as experienced finance professional.
Peter Wang, Director of China operations
Founder of Beijing Eurasia Holdings Ltd, background is lawyer and sports agent, dual bachelor's degree in law and economics, worked in international trade and sales, with 9 years of experience in sports management and agent work. Peter has great cooperation with the ministry of education in China, local Sports Bureaus and Football Associations, and professional sports clubs and academies, and have introduced more than 50 European football coaches to China
